Info & Regulations​
RENT:

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and auto-deduct from a bank account;

Rent is due upon initial contract signing and the 1st of the month thereafter;

If rent is not paid by 5th day after due date a late fee will be charged.
TENANT MUST GIVE A 2-WEEK WRITTEN NOTICE PRIOR TO VACATING.

RENEWAL OPTIONS:
Owner reserves the right not to renew the rental agreement for any cause including, but not limited to, Lessees breach of any of the covenants, terms or conditions of the contract.
USE OF PREMISES:
No mechanical, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly or other related work shall be allowed (exeption to extra-large unit). No signs, advertisements, or lettering shall be allowed on any part of the outside of the storage unit.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED TO BE STORED:
Gasoline and other flammable liquids, explosive or other dangerous or noxious substances is expressively prohibited. See General Conditions Contract for full details.
NO INSURANCE IS PROVIDED FOR ANY STORED ITEMS:
Owner carries no insurance which in any way covers any loss whatsoever that Lessee may have or claim by renting the storage space or being on or about the facility, and therefore Lessee must obtain any insurance desired at his/her own expense. Owner strongly recommends that Lessee secures his/her own insurance to protect himself/herself and his/her property against all perils of whatsoever nature. See #6 of General Conditions Contract for full clause.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$100 will be returned upon a positive inspection and leasing of the unit. (See #3 Cleaning & Performance Deposit on General Conditions Contract.)
GARBAGE:
Dumpsters on property are NOT for usage of storage units; you will be responsible for the removal of ALL your garbage. Anyone in violation of this will be charged a $350 fine. (24-hour video surveillance enforced.)
CHECKS:
Returned checks will be charged $10.00 and post-dated checks will not be accepted.
VEHICLES:
Unattended vehicles are prohibited on the property without management approval.
